Door Access for Health Care Facility
For this project, Rogue Valley Security designed and deployed a secure video intercom and door access solution for a local healthcare facility, ensuring both patient safety and staff convenience.
Using the UniFi Access platform, we installed a modern system that includes video intercom capabilities, secure credential access, and remote management tools. The solution allows staff to visually verify visitors before granting entry, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.
In addition to installation, we provide ongoing management services, which include:
-
Setting and adjusting user permissions
-
Managing access codes and credentials
-
Configuring time-based entry schedules
-
Monitoring and updating the system as needed
This hands-off approach gives the facility peace of mind, knowing their entry system is proactively managed and supported by our team. It’s another example of how Rogue Valley Security delivers custom access solutions tailored to sensitive environments.

Custom Gate Access Control with Video Intercom and Pinpad
For this commercial security project, Rogue Valley Security delivered a custom gate access control solution that combines modern convenience with robust perimeter protection.
The system features a video intercom and PIN pad entry, allowing property owners to visually confirm and grant access to visitors with ease. The PIN pad offers secure credential entry for authorized users, making the system both user-friendly and highly secure.
Our scope extended beyond hardware and wiring — we also performed all trenching and underground conduit work required to connect the gate to the access control point. This full-service installation ensured a clean, seamless, and durable setup built to last.
With this solution in place, the property now enjoys:
-
Remote visual access and communication with visitors
-
Secure keypad entry for staff and family
-
A clean, professional finish with below-ground cabling for reliability and aesthetics
This project is a great example of how we combine security technology, custom installation, and hands-on site work to deliver dependable access solutions that match each client's unique property layout.

Gate Security with PTZ Camera & Point-to-Point WiFi
For this project, Rogue Valley Security installed a high-performance PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera at a gated entrance to provide long-range surveillance with powerful optical zoom capabilities. This setup allows property owners to monitor and zoom in on approaching vehicles, deliveries, and foot traffic with precision — all from a remote viewing device.
To support connectivity at this remote location, we implemented a point-to-point (P2P) wireless bridge, linking the gate camera to the main network infrastructure without the need for trenching or cabling over long distances. This wireless solution ensures reliable high-speed video transmission from the gate to the primary building.
Key Features:
-
PTZ camera with motorized zoom and auto-tracking functionality
-
Long-range visibility of entrance area and surrounding perimeter
-
Wireless point-to-point bridge for stable, high-bandwidth connectivity
-
Clean installation with weather-resistant mounting hardware
This project demonstrates how advanced technology and smart design can bring connectivity and security to even the most remote access points.

3 Weatherproof Vandel Dome with 16 channel NVR
-SOW-
-Install NVR in telco room in Data rack with rack mounts and terminate ISP connection to hunter switch on back wall
-Install new cable chase on top of rack for camera cable
-Run new CaT6 cable to camera location on the map. Each camera location will only require 1 wire run.
-Install new viewing monitor in reception area along with mini PC and configure accordingly.
-Install (1) M8-VD with conduit to get under neath front canopy.
-Install (1) Jbox switch with flex and weather rated electrical box to the (2) M8-VD corner mounted cameras
-Install (1) Quadpano on East Corner with weather proof electrical box and 3/4 flex to get to desired camera height
-Install (1) Quad Pano on North end of building with weatherproof electrical box and 3/4 flex to get to desired camera height.
-Install 1 Pano camera inside reception area where 2 existing Qsee cameras are and try to cover existing hole from cameras.
-Focus camera views and angle to customer standards and configure remote viewing for customer
-Verify customer is trained and all apps are working properly.

Integrated Access Control, Alarm & Exterior Surveillance
This comprehensive security installation was designed to give our client round-the-clock protection for both entry points and the surrounding exterior.
We installed a secure access door system to control and monitor entry into the building, allowing only authorized individuals to enter via key codes or credentials. This was paired with a 24/7 alarm monitoring system, providing immediate alerts in the event of unauthorized access, break-in attempts, or emergency conditions.
To further enhance perimeter security, we added an exterior surveillance camera equipped with a built-in siren deterrent. The system offers real-time visibility and the ability to intervene audibly if suspicious activity is detected — a powerful combination for both prevention and response.
Key features of this project:
-
Controlled access entry for staff or residents
-
Alarm system with 24/7 remote monitoring
-
Exterior camera with motion-triggered siren and recording
-
Fully managed and supported by Rogue Valley Security
This project is a great example of how layered systems can work together to create a high-security, low-maintenance solution for our clients.
